Acceptance

By using musespark.homes you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

Accounts

Access requires signing in with Google. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to that Google account secure. One account per person or organisation; do not share sessions or resell access.

Subscriptions, credits and billing

• Generation is available to accounts with an active subscription. Without one, the composer routes you to the pricing page.
• Plans are billed through Stripe, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes Stripe is required to add.
• Each plan includes a credit allowance that resets with the billing period. Unused credits do not carry over unless the plan states otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing area; access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refund requests are handled case by case — write to support@musespark.homes within 14 days of a charge.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to break the law, to infringe intellectual property, to generate sexual content involving minors, to harass people, to distribute malware, or to attack the platform or other users. Do not attempt to bypass credit accounting, subscription checks or rate limits. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

Your content

You keep the rights you hold in the prompts, files and other material you submit, and you confirm you have the right to submit it. You grant us the limited licence needed to process that material and to operate the service.

Service availability

The service is provided as available. Features may change, and scheduled or emergency maintenance may briefly interrupt access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Disclaimers and liability

Outputs are generated and may be incomplete or wrong; review them before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Trademarks

Meta, Meta AI and related marks belong to Meta Platforms, Inc. This site is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. Product names are used only to describe the model this site supports.
